The problem

"Concrete cancer" spreads — quietly, then quickly.

When a building shows the first signs of concrete repair, there's usually more damage hidden along the reinforcement. Salt-laden coastal air accelerates it. A quick cosmetic fix can mask the surface for a while — but if the corroding steel underneath isn't addressed, it only gets worse, and more expensive.

Time is the variable that costs you most

Left alone, deterioration compounds. An early, accurate read is the cheapest report you'll ever commission — because it tells you what to do before the bill multiplies.

Ref. AS3600 — exposure classification drives the required concrete grade & cover. Coastal slabs are commonly B1: 32 MPa, 40 mm cover.

Impartial by design

We report. We don't quote the repair.

Because we don't profit from the works, there's nothing to over-sell. You get the truth about your structure and a clear, prioritised plan — then you choose who does the work.

Why independent

An expert on your side of the table.

  • Unbiased findings. No conflict of interest — our only job is to tell you what's actually going on.
  • Plain-English + to code. Assessed against AS3600, explained so a committee can actually act on it.
  • Leverage at quote time. Walk into contractor quotes knowing the real scope — and avoid paying for work you don't need.
  • Right people, next step. Where useful, we point you to engineers, repairers and trades to carry it out.

How it works

Three steps. Starts free.

From a quick photo triage to a report you can act on — clear at every stage.
